一、 退貨條件（Returns）

自您收到商品的當日起算，您擁有 7 天的日曆天（七天鑑賞期） 提出退貨申請。

為符合退貨資格，您申請退貨的商品必須符合以下條件：

• 商品必須為未使用過，且保持您收到時的原始狀態。

• 商品必須保留完整的原廠包裝（包含吊牌、包裝袋/盒、贈品等）。

• 退貨時須附上購買發票、交易明細或相關購買證明。

二、 退款流程（Refunds）

當我們收到您寄回的商品後，將會進行檢查，並發送通知告知您我們已收到退回商品。在完成商品檢查後，我們將會立即通知您退款審核的結果。

• 若退貨申請獲得批准：我們將啟動退款程序，退款將直接退回您的信用卡（或您當時使用的原始付款方式）。

• 退款入帳時間：您收到退款的時間，將取決於您的發卡銀行或第三方金流平台之相關政策與作業流程。

三、 運費負擔（Shipping）

• 您將需自行負擔寄回商品時所產生的退貨運費。

• 原始訂單之運費為不可退還項目。若您獲得退款，原退貨所產生的相關運費成本將從您的退款金額中扣除。

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
